A3: We have experienced assembly workers and an advanced production process. Each piece of equipment undergoes strict quality inspection before leaving the factory to ensure that the products delivered to customers are of good quality.

 

Q4: What kind of qualification certification that you company have?

A: GESTER  is ISO 9001 certified, we has became the SGS audited supplier and cooperate with many International Standard Organizations. As the customers requirements, we can offer the CE, ISO 17025, CNAS Calibration Certificates and so on.

A: T/T, L/C, D/P and so on.

 

Q2: Deliver time after place order?

A: The general is 10-30 days, If we have inventory, we can arrange shipment within 10 days. Please be aware that our production lead times depend on specific items and item quantities.

A: Product after-sale guarantee period is 12 months, and we can provide lifetime repair guarantee. We have agents in some countries, they can provide door-to-door service.
