The main function of this IPX6K Rain Test Chamber is to test the performance of products during storage, transportation, and use under rainy weather conditions. After testing, the performance of the products is verified to determine whether they meet the requirements, so as to facilitate product design, improvement, verification, and factory inspection.
A water tank is located at the bottom. Water is drawn and pressurized by a stainless steel water pump inside the control box on the right, and then sent to the nozzles of the side spray pipe device. The nozzles spray water in a constant direction onto the sample on the turntable, and then it falls into the water tank, thus forming a water circulation system. The water pump outlet is equipped with flow meters, pressure gauges, solenoid valves, and other control components. The speed of the waterproof turntable is controlled on the panel inside the inner tank.
