    This Battery Burning Test Equipment is designed for battery flammability testing and is constructed in strict accordance with the UL 2054 testing standard. 

     

    This Battery Burning Tester  is an essential piece of equipment for quality control and quality testing in various battery manufacturing enterprises and quality inspection departments.

    Battery Fire Test Chamber Test Method

     

    Fix the wire mesh at a position 38 mm above the top of the burner. The mesh have 20 openings per 25.4 mm, with a wire diameter of 0.45 mm.

    Ignite the burner and observe the combustion of the battery until it explodes or is completely burned, record the duration of the combustion process simultaneously.

    Test Result: After the test, neither the individual components of the battery (excluding powdery residues) nor the battery as a whole shall penetrate the aluminum mesh.
